DHA City Karachi (DCK) is a highly planned and sustainable urban housing scheme spanning over 20,000 acres in Gadap Town, on the outskirts of Karachi, and located about 56 km from the city of Karachi.
Launched in 2010, DHA City Karachi (DCK) is a project by DHA (Defence Housing Authority). It’s located about 15 km from Bahria Town Karachi and 45 km from the Karachi Toll Plaza. While development has been slow, it is ongoing. The city has 17 Sectors, each a self-sufficient mini-city as all facilities are 5-20 minutes’ walk away.
