Sector 1 – DHA City Karachi
Sector 1 of DHA City Karachi (DCK) is home to ARY Laguna, and provides many real estate options, including land/plots for farmhouses, chalets, and commercial development. The sector 1 offers amenities like a mosque, social club, parks, and much more.

Directions – Main Gate to Sector 1
Upon entering the DHA City Karachi main gate, you arrive at a large roundabout called ‘DHA Square’. Go straight through DHA Square onto the main DHA City road. Drive straight for approximately 1.3 kilometers. As you drive, the road curves slightly to the right; you will see the CBD commercial area begin on your left. Turn left here and continue driving for 550 meters, Sector 2 is on your right. You reach a roundabout. Drive straight past this roundabout and continue for another 500 meters, where you encounter a second roundabout. Drive straight past this one as well and continue straight for another 400 meters. This section brings you onto City Boulevard road. Turn right onto City Boulevard road and drive north for 550 meters. The entry to Sector 1 is located on your left. Turn left to enter Sector 1. Sector 1 is located East of Sector 2, and North of Sector 4.
