Sector Identification

• Sector 1 is a part of DHA Oasis Karachi.

Legend

The Map of Sector 1 provides a legend with color codes for different land usages and plot categories:

• Farm House: Yellow

• Chalets: Dark Red/Maroon

• Commercial: Orange

• Parks & Green Usages: Green

• Nullah: Light Blue/Cyan (representing a natural watercourse)

• Piazza / Pedestrian: Light Purple

• Other Amenity: Grey

Road Network

The map highlights a structured road network within and around Sector 1:

• MAIN BOULEVARD NORTH: Forms a boundary along the northern edge of the sector.

• MAIN BOULEVARD EAST: Forms a boundary along the eastern edge of the sector.

• MAIN BOULEVARD SOUTH: Forms a boundary along the southern edge of the sector.

• 1ST MAIN STREET: Located near the Main Entry.

• CITY BOULEVARD (PA – 01): A major road forming the eastern boundary, also indicated as the MAIN ENTRY point.

• WEST AVENUE 1W (PC – 01): A road forming part of the southern boundary.

The internal roads within the sector connect the different blocks and features to the main boulevards.

Labeled Features and Areas

Several specific features and areas are labeled within Sector 1:

• ARY Laguna is a prominent real estate development in Sector 1 known for featuring a man-made lagoon.

• MAIN ENTRY: Located on the eastern side, accessible from CITY BOULEVARD (PA – 01).

• DCK BOUNDARY WALL: Forms the western boundary of the sector.

• WATER WORKS: An area designated for water infrastructure, located near the center-east.

• MOSQUE: A location for a mosque is clearly marked.

• CLUB: A dedicated area for a club is shown.

• Park: Several areas are designated as Parks (Green color). One larger park area is explicitly labeled “Park” in the southern part of the sector.

• STP: Located outside the DCK BOUNDARY WALL on the western side, likely a Sewage Treatment Plant.

• DEFENCE OFFICERS HOUSING SCHEME: This label appears outside the southern boundary, suggesting adjacency to another housing area.

Plot Distribution and Estimation

The map shows various colored blocks representing different plot categories. While an exact count of plots requires a more detailed survey or digital data, we can analyze the distribution and estimate based on the visual layout and some visible plot numbers:

• Farm House: Located primarily in the northern part of the sector, along MAIN BOULEVARD NORTH. The blocks contains larger plots of 2000 square yards for building farmhouses. Sector 1 has 224 Farmhouses.

• Commercial (Orange): Scattered in key locations, particularly along the main boulevards (MAIN BOULEVARD NORTH, EAST, and near the MAIN ENTRY). These are strategically placed for commercial activity. Sector 1 has 17 commercial plots of different sizes, mainly 125 and 200 square yards.

• Parks & Green Usages (Green): Distributed throughout the sector, providing open spaces and recreational areas.

• Piazza / Pedestrian (Light Purple): Located in central areas, likely designed as public gathering or walking spaces.

Other Facts

• The sector is designed with a central circular feature, a Cineplex complex roundabout that is a prominent landmark, from which internal roads radiate.

• The presence of a Nullah (watercourse) indicates natural drainage features in the area.

• The layout suggests a planned residential and commercial area with dedicated spaces for amenities and green areas.

• The DCK western boundary wall is a part of this sector.
