Situated approximately 6 kilometers from the main entrance of DHA City Karachi, Sector 13 is comprised of 6 sub-divisions: 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E and 13F. This sector provides a range of residential plot sizes, including 125, 200, 300, and 500 square yards. Its location is south of Sector 11 and west of Sector 14.

Directions – Main Gate to Sector 13
To reach Sector 13 in DHA City Karachi, begin at the main gate. Go straight through the DHA Square roundabout and continue onto DHA City Main Road. Drive along DHA City Main Road for approximately 5.2 kilometers in total. As you drive this distance, you will pass the point where the road gently curves left and the CBD Commercial area appears on your right (this landmark is about 1.2 kilometers from the first roundabout). Stay on DHA City Main Road until you arrive at the next roundabout. At this second roundabout, turn right onto South Market Boulevard. Drive about 200 meters down South Market Boulevard, then make a left turn onto 13B Central Drive North. This street leads you directly into Sector 13.
