Sector 12 – DHA City Karachi
Sector 12 is located approximately 5 kilometers from the main gate of DHA City Karachi. Positioned just south of Sector 9 and east of Sector 11, it comprises four sub-sectors: 12A, 12B, 12C, and 12D. Residential Plots in Sector 12 are available in three sizes — 125, 200, and 300 square yards.

Directions – Main Gate to Sector 12
To reach Sector 12 in DHA City Karachi, enter through the main gate and head straight through the large roundabout known as DHA Square. Continue driving on DHA City Main Road for about 1.2 kilometers. As the road curves slightly to the left and CBD Commercial starts on your right, stay on course and drive straight for another 3.2 kilometers. Then, take a left turn onto 12th Main Street West to enter Sector 12.
