Sector 16 – DHA City Karachi

Sector 16 of DHA City Karachi is located about 9 kilometers from DCK’s main gate. It includes four sub-sectors: 16A, 16B, 16C, and 16D. This sector offers a range of residential plot sizes, including 500, 1000, and 2000 square yards, giving buyers various options based on their needs. Geographically, Sector 16 is situated between Sector 15 to the east.

Directions – Main Gate to Sector 16

Start at the main gate of DHA City Karachi and head towards the DHA Square roundabout. Drive straight onto DHA City Main Road and continue for approximately 1.2 kilometers. The CBD Commercial will start on your right as the road will curve to the left—follow it for another 4 kilometers. At the next roundabout, take a left turn onto Highland Avenue 1. Drive along this road for about 3 kilometers, then turn right onto 16th Main Street North to enter Sector 16.
