Sector 9 – DHA City Karachi
Sector 9 in DHA City Karachi is about 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) from the main entrance. It’s located south of Sector 6 and east of Sector 8. This sector is divided into four parts: 9A, 9B, 9C, and 9D. It has different types of land available: residential plots of 125, 300 and 500 square yards, and commercial plots of 200 square yards.

Directions – Main Gate to Sector 9
You begin by entering DHA City through the main gate. Drive straight ahead, passing directly through the large roundabout known as DHA Square. Continue proceeding straight along DHA City Main Road for a distance of about 1.2 kilometers. As you follow the road, it makes a gentle bend to the left. On your right side, you will start to see the northern section of the CBD Commercial area, which consists of both the District Business (DB) and District Culture (DC) zones. Keep driving straight on DHA City Main Road for another 1.9 kilometers from this point. During this stretch, look out for the ‘Velochi Racing Circuit’ appearing on your right. After you pass the racing circuit, continue straight on DHA City Main Road for approximately 850 more meters. Here, you prepare to turn. Make a left turn onto 9th Main Street West, and this road takes you into Sector 9. Sector 9 is located just south of Sector 6 and Sector 3. It lies to the east of Sector 7 and Sector 8.
